FAQ's

Do you offer refunds?
  • yes, up until October 9th MST at midnight.  Once the class has begun there will be no refunds issued.
Do you have scholarships?
  • yes, 2 scholarship positions are available for each class.  2 for Thursday evenings class and 2 for Friday mornings class.  To apply, please send an email to info@sarahcookmc.com to apply.   Also, if you cannot afford the course, please consider signing up for my newsletter for free content.
What technology do I need?
  • you can join the weekly zoom calls with your device of choice with a solid internet connection.
Am I required to buy Heart Math's technology for the course?
  • no, however I will demonstrate the Inner Balance™ Coherence Plus technology so you can see how it works.  If you wish to purchase a sensor, you can get a 20% off discount through me.
Can I sometimes come to the Thursday night and sometimes to the Friday morning?
  • no, if you sign up for Thursday evenings, you will be in the Thursday evening cohort the entire time.  Same as Friday mornings so please choose the day and time that will work for you for the entire 6 weeks.  This allows for an intimate and safe group where we can feel comfortable sharing.  The sessions are purposely interactive versus lecture style. It is recommended to sign up with a commitment to attend all of the sessions, however, life happens - rest assured they will be recorded and posted for you to watch at your convenience.
